Trainer - Tena Frieling

Tena is a USDF Bronze and Silver medalist. In 2014, she and her young Hanoverian gelding, Royal Heir, ended the year as Reserve National Champions at the USDF Finals in Kentucky. Tena now rides her KWPN gelding, Giovanni, and Hanoverian, Florescence TF, at the FEI levels. Tena graduated from Michigan State University’s Horse Management Program and began training with Catherine Haddad Staller in 1997, including time in Germany and New Jersey.

Tena’s students have both competitive ambitions, and goals of working better with their horses at home. Riders are active in local All Dressage Association and USDF events, and given a show experience that includes goal oriented learning and teamwork. The program consists of both young riders and adults.

CAEC is family oriented and fun, while at the same time delivering serious dressage training for horse and rider. Whatever your goal, you can count on improvement, and a quality relationship for and with your horse.
